• If canceled within 45 days or more, only 30% of the total package will be retained.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

• 1. 0–45 Days Before Check-in:

  - 30% of the total package will be charged.

• 2. 45–30 Days Before Check-in:

  - 40% of the total package will be charged.

• 3. 30–15 Days Before Check-in:

  - 70% of the total package will be charged.

• 4. Less than 15 Days:

  - 100% of the total package will be retained.

• Visa Rejection:

  - Flat 30% retention fee applies regardless of timeline.

For better flexibility, we recommend opting for packages with optional travel insurance that may cover cancellations.
